Our residential cleaning services are 100% family-owned and operated, based right here in New Jersey. For commercial cleaning, we operate as a franchise partner through Buildingstars. So whether it’s home or office, you’ll get quality service and trusted standards.
Are you insured?

Yes. Stateline Cleaning Services is fully insured to give you peace of mind while we work in your home or property.

Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes, we bring all the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment to every job. However, we understand that some clients prefer we use their personal items—like vacuums or mops—to avoid cross-contamination. We’re happy to accommodate those preferences whenever possible. Just let us know in advance!

Do you use eco-friendly products?
We use safe, family-friendly products, though we’re not fully eco-certified. If you have sensitivities or product preferences, just let us know.
What’s your satisfaction policy?
Your happiness is our priority. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, let us know within 24 hours—we’ll make it right, no questions asked.

Is there a minimum service charge?
Yes, we have a $100 minimum charge per cleaning visit.
How do I book a cleaning?

Can I set up recurring service?
Absolutely! We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly plans—with a 10% discount for recurring clients. Same great service, scheduled for your convenience.

Yes! Let us know what your priorities are and we’ll tailor the cleaning to fit your home and lifestyle.

Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning

What’s included in a move-in/move-out clean?
It’s a deep clean that includes floors, baseboards, inside appliances, cabinets, bathrooms, and more. Perfect for preparing a home for sale, new tenants, or a fresh start.
Do you offer cleaning between tenants for landlords?
Yes! We work with homeowners and property managers to turn over rental units quickly and thoroughly.

Short-Term Rentals (Airbnb/VRBO)

Do you clean Airbnb, VRBO, or vacation rentals?
Yes, we specialize in short-term rental turnover services with quick, reliable scheduling.
What’s included in a short-term rental clean?
We handle full cleanings between guests, including bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas. We can also change linens, reset beds, and do light restocking as needed.
Do you offer same-day turnovers?

Yes—if we have availability. Let us know your check-out/check-in window and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

What if a guest checks out late or reschedules?
We know short-term rentals can be unpredictable. We’ll work with you as best we can and appreciate timely communication.
How is pricing determined?
We base our pricing primarily on the size of your home (square footage), not the time it takes to clean. This approach ensures we don’t rush through your cleaning — we focus on doing the job right, not fitting into a time slot. Our rates are competitive with the national average for quality residential cleaning services, offering excellent value for your investment.
